NeuroDinoWorld is designed for use by children aged 5–12, under the supervision of a parent or guardian. By using or purchasing this app, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or are using the app under appropriate parental supervision.
NeuroDinoWorld is offered as a subscription or one-time purchase (pricing shown in the app). Your subscription gives you access to all features for the duration of the subscription period. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

All content in NeuroDinoWorld — including stories, illustrations, activities, music, and design — is the intellectual property of NeuroDinoWorld and is protected under Australian copyright law. Content generated by AI tools within the app (art, stories) remains subject to our terms and may not be redistributed commercially.
This app uses third-party services including ElevenLabs, OpenAI, Supabase, and Google Fonts. These services are subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of these third parties.
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, NeuroDinoWorld is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months preceding any claim.
This app is an educational and wellbeing support tool and is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice. Always consult a qualified professional for concerns about your child's health or development.
We aim to keep NeuroDinoWorld available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue features with reasonable notice to subscribers.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. The updated date will always appear at the top of this document.
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Victorian courts.
