NeuroDinoWorld is designed for children aged 5–12 with neurodivergent conditions (ADHD, autism, sensory processing differences, and similar). Accounts must be created and managed by a parent or guardian aged 18 or over. Children use the app under parental supervision and do not create accounts themselves.
Under the Privacy Act 1988, information about a person's health or disability is classified as sensitive information and receives the highest level of protection. Because this app is designed for neurodivergent children, we acknowledge that your decision to use NeuroDinoWorld may implicitly indicate your child has a neurodivergent condition.
By creating an account, the parent or guardian expressly consents to this information being held by NeuroDinoWorld solely for the purpose of providing the app service. We do not use this information for any other purpose, and we never disclose it to third parties for marketing or profiling.

NeuroDinoWorld is designed for children aged 5–12 with neurodivergent conditions, used under the supervision of a parent or guardian aged 18 or over. By using or purchasing this app, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and accept these Terms on behalf of yourself and any child using the app.
Parental responsibility: Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their child's use of the app, including any content they choose to enter into AI features such as story prompts.
NeuroDinoWorld offers a free tier and a Premium subscription:
⚠️ Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each period. You will be charged the same amount unless you cancel before the renewal date. We will send a reminder email before renewal where possible.
How to cancel: Log in to the Stripe billing portal (link in your receipt email), or email us at hello@neurodinoworld.com.au and we will cancel on your behalf. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 14 days' notice to existing subscribers.
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
Journal entries, star chart data, and progress are stored only on your device and are never transmitted to or accessible by NeuroDinoWorld. You own this content entirely.
AI-generated content (stories, artwork) created using the app's AI features is generated for your personal, non-commercial use. You may print and use this content for your family. You may not redistribute or sell AI-generated content commercially.
Story and image prompts you submit to AI features are processed by OpenAI and ElevenLabs under their respective terms. Do not include sensitive personal information (full names, addresses, medical details) in AI prompts.
NeuroDinoWorld is an educational and wellbeing support tool designed to support neurodivergent children in a fun and positive way. It is not a medical device, clinical intervention, or substitute for professional medical, psychological, occupational therapy, or therapeutic advice.
Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for concerns about your child's health, development, behaviour, or diagnosis. Activities such as breathing exercises are for general relaxation only and are not treatments for any condition.

All original content in NeuroDinoWorld — including stories, activity designs, music, illustrations, and UI design — is the intellectual property of NeuroDinoWorld and is protected under Australian copyright law (Copyright Act 1968). Unauthorised reproduction or commercial use is prohibited.
NeuroDinoWorld reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice. If your account is terminated for a breach of these Terms, no refund will be issued for unused subscription time. If your account is terminated by us without cause, a pro-rata refund will be provided.
You may delete your account at any time by emailing hello@neurodinoworld.com.au. Account deletion removes your email and account data within 30 days.
This app uses third-party services (Supabase, Stripe, OpenAI, ElevenLabs, Cloudflare, Google Fonts). These services are subject to their own terms and privacy policies. NeuroDinoWorld is not responsible for the practices, availability, or content of these third-party services.
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, NeuroDinoWorld is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
We aim to keep NeuroDinoWorld available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue features with reasonable notice to subscribers. We are not liable for loss resulting from service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify subscribers of material changes via email where possible. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The effective date always appears at the top of this document.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Victorian courts. Nothing in these Terms affects your rights as a consumer under Australian Consumer Law.
