NeuroDinoWorld accounts are created and managed by parents or caregivers on behalf of their children. By creating an account you confirm you are the parent or legal guardian of the child using the app.
We do not knowingly allow children under 13 to create accounts directly without verifiable parental consent.

NeuroDinoWorld uses the device microphone for several features to make the app fully accessible for children who cannot type:
Important: When using voice input on Chrome/Android, audio may be sent to Google's speech recognition servers as part of the Web Speech API. On Safari/iOS, audio is processed by Apple. This is controlled by the browser/OS and is subject to Google's or Apple's respective privacy policies. We do not control this processing.
Microphone access is always optional. All voice features have a text/tap alternative. You can deny microphone permission in your device settings at any time and the app will continue to work fully.
We do not record, store, or share voice audio.
Many stories, activities and narration are recorded by the developer personally, in his own voice. These recordings are bundled as static audio files within the app, are not stored in any database, contain no identifying metadata, and are not linked to any personal information.
Some characters in the app (like Rex, Marina, and other NeuroDino friends) speak using AI-generated voices, created with ElevenLabs voice technology. This lets each character sound distinct rather than every voice in the app sounding like the developer — the same AI voice technology used by most apps today. AI-generated voices are used only for pre-written, developer-approved narration and character dialogue; they are never used to generate open-ended or unmoderated speech directed at children.
When a parent or guardian completes the "Adults only" verification check (a simple math question) elsewhere in the app, we log that this check was passed, along with an IP address, browser/device user agent string, and timestamp, as a compliance record. This record exists solely to demonstrate that parental verification occurred; it is not used for advertising, tracking, or any purpose beyond compliance record-keeping, and is not linked to any other personal information collected by the app.
We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or marketing to third parties.
NeuroDinoWorld offers a 7-day free trial with full access to all features. No payment is required during the trial. After the trial period:

NeuroDinoWorld is designed for children aged 5–12 and complies with the Google Play Families Policy:
Your account data is stored securely on Google Cloud and our backend services. We use secure access controls to ensure users can only access their own data. All data is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS encryption.
Story prompts and voice text are processed in real time and are not retained by us after the response is delivered.
App activity data (stars, progress, journal entries) is stored locally on your device first and synced to our cloud database when you are signed in.
We keep your account information for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we will remove your data within 30 days.
Generated images and audio files are stored until you delete your account or request removal.
Email communication records are retained for up to 12 months.
