NeuroDinoWorld is a children's educational app offering interactive stories, calming activities, AI-generated artwork, voice narration, and wellbeing tools designed for neurodivergent children.
The service is operated by NeuroDinoWorld (ABN 71 243 092 197), based in Mount Duneed, Victoria, Australia.
By creating an account or using NeuroDinoWorld, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
You must be 18 years or older to create an account. Accounts are created by parents or caregivers on behalf of their children.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Do not share your password. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or are used in a way that harms other users or the service.
NeuroDinoWorld offers both free and premium content. Free features are available to all registered users. Premium features — including AI story generation, AI artwork, and voice narration — require an active premium subscription purchased through the App Store (iOS).
All purchases are made exclusively through Apple In-App Purchase (iOS) or Google Play (Android).

Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase.
How to cancel:
Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund if the service has a major failure. For change-of-mind refund requests, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at hello@neurodinoworld.com.au and we will consider your request on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds are not available once a substantial portion of the premium content has been accessed.
NeuroDinoWorld uses AI services (OpenAI and ElevenLabs) to generate stories, images, and voice narration based on your input. While we take care to provide quality content, AI-generated content may occasionally be imperfect, unexpected, or not suit your needs.
You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before sharing it with children. We are not responsible for the accuracy or suitability of AI-generated output.
Do not enter sensitive personal information (such as full names, addresses, or medical details) into story or image prompts.

All original content, branding, graphics, and code in NeuroDinoWorld are owned by NeuroDinoWorld and protected by Australian copyright law.
AI-generated stories and artwork created through the app are generated for your personal, non-commercial use. You may print and use them for your child's personal enjoyment.
We aim to keep NeuroDinoWorld available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time.
We will give reasonable notice before making significant changes that affect paid features.
To the extent permitted by Australian law, NeuroDinoWorld is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the service.
Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or via a notice in the app. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
